Mary Pilcher is a Harvard Law School trained mediator who offers more than 30 years of litigation experience, with a focus on employment, business, and civil rights disputes.

She is registered on the Alabama State Court Mediator Roster.

Mary is a member of the Fairhope, Alabama, law firm of Stein & Pilcher, LLC. Before entering private practice, she interned with Alabama Chief Justice C.C. Torbert and U.S. Senator Richard Shelby and served as a law clerk under U.S. District Court Judge Brevard Hand.
